CANDLE CARE

• Avoid excessive burn time, NO more than 4 hours at a time is recommended.
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Before each burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch.
• This helps prevent soot, “tunneling”, and extends the life of the candle.
• Allow candle to melt to the edge of the vessel. Prevents future “tunneling”.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

Can I return or exchange the candle?

A happy customer is our number one goal! If you product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. You can contact us by sending your message here: Contact Us Page

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be emailed your confirmation after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order Page. 

What ingredients do you use?

We use pure organic soy wax, phthalate-free high-quality fragrance oil, and lead-free wick.
